1. Agreement to Terms

This website (the "Site") and the martial arts school facilities are owned and operated by Warrior's Path ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member," "Student," or "Parent/Guardian") and Warrior's Path. They govern your membership, participation in classes, and use of our facilities ("Services"). By registering for our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership and Payments

• Membership Fees: You agree to pay all applicable membership fees as outlined on our Membership page. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) as per the selected plan.
• Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your account for your chosen membership plan and any other incurred charges.
• Cancellations & Freezes: Membership cancellation and freeze policies are available upon request and are subject to the terms of your specific membership agreement. A written notice is required for all cancellations.

3. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to the Dojo Code, which emphasizes respect, discipline, and safety. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, at the sole discretion of our instructors and staff.

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Participation in martial arts is a physical activity with inherent risks of injury. By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of the potential dangers involved.
• You hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, whether caused by the negligence of instructors, other students, or otherwise.
• You agree to waive any and all claims and release Warrior's Path, its instructors, and its affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while on the premises or during participation in any school-related activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Warrior's Path Site, including our name, logos, curriculum details, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Warrior's Path and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRIOR'S PATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAID TO US DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued participation in our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
