Weekly Class Schedule

Our schedule is designed to be flexible and accommodate busy lives. All classes are led by our certified masters and instructors. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to prepare for class.

Little Dragons

(Ages 4-7)

A perfect introduction to martial arts, focusing on foundational life skills in a positive, game-based environment. We build character and physical literacy, not fighters.

Core Focus: Balance, coordination, memory, focus, respect, and discipline, all taught through fun, engaging activities.

Youth Warriors

(Ages 8-14)

This program builds true martial arts proficiency with a structured curriculum including kata, self-defense, and controlled sparring drills.

Core Focus: Goal-setting, perseverance, leadership, and conflict de-escalation, alongside advanced physical techniques.

Adult & Teen Program

(Ages 15+)

A comprehensive curriculum designed for fitness, self-defense, and stress relief. Delve deep into advanced techniques and the rich philosophy of our art.

Core Focus: Empowerment through effective self-defense skills, improved physical and mental health, and a supportive community.

Competitive Sparring

This class is for intermediate to advanced students who wish to test their skills in a dynamic, controlled environment. Under the guidance of our top coaches, students learn strategy, timing, and ring craft. Full protective gear is required.

Weapons (Kobudo)

Discover the ancient Okinawan art of Kobudo. This class introduces students to traditional martial arts weapons such as the Bo (staff) and Sai. Training in Kobudo enhances coordination, strength, and spatial awareness.

Your First Class: What to Expect

Taking the first step can be daunting, but we've designed your trial class to be a welcoming and empowering introduction. Here is your path to getting started.

What to Wear

Simply wear comfortable, athletic clothing like a t-shirt and sweatpants. We train in bare feet, so no special footwear is needed.

Your Fitness Level

Not at all! Our classes are designed to help you get in shape. We welcome people of all fitness levels and will guide you at a comfortable pace.

What You'll Do

Your first class is a fun, low-pressure introduction. You'll participate in the warm-up, learn some fundamental stances, and discover our dojo etiquette.
